Foss á Síðu is located on the South East Coast of Iceland. Situated in river Fossá, which flows from lake Þórutjörn, it drops 30 metres over moss-covered basalt cliffs. It has the same name as the farm nearby, and falls of the cliffs above the farm. About 10 km east of the village Kirkjubæjarklaustur, it can easily be seen from ringroad 1, as it is just a stones throw away from it. A hiking trails leads up to the top of the cliffs and all the way up to Þórutjörn.
